Review Process
IJEACS Review Process
All submitted manuscripts to International Journal of Engineering and Applied Computer Science (IJEACS) will be double blind peer reviewed before publication. 
Purpose of Peer Review: 
Any written article after publication is contribution to advancement of knowledge and development of intellectual society. IJEACS is committed to originality and novelty of its publications. Following are some reasons why IJEACS adopts fair and strict peer review policy. 
  • To check if manuscript belongs to scope and objective of journal. 
  • To check the originality and novelty of submitted manuscript. 
  • To judge the merit and quality of submitted scientific work. 
  • To check if manuscript contributes to advancement to knowledge. 
  • To improve the quality of manuscript and published work. 
  • To check against malpractice.
  • To support valid article selection to be indexed and open access.
  • To support decision making for editor-in-chief for acceptance or rejection of manuscript. 
Review Procedure: 
All submitted manuscripts to IJEACS will be initially checked by Editor-in-Chief to access whether submitted manuscript fulfill the purpose, focus and scope of journal. If the paper is accepted by Editor-in-Chief for peer review process then it will be scan for plagiarism through quality software. 

The paper will peer reviewed by two independent reviewers without disclosing the identity of authors to reviewers. Paper will be accepted for publication if both reviewers recommend for publication. If there is any conflict or if result is negative from any one of them then paper will be submitted to third reviewer for review. If third reviewer recommend for publication then paper will be accepted for publication otherwise decision of editorial board will final.

Corresponding author can resubmit the revised paper after one week in minor modifications are recommended or can resubmit after two weeks if major modifications are recommeded  

In case if corresponding author resubmit the paper after modifcation recommended by reviewers. The corresponding author need to attach a certificate mentioning that all recommended modifications have been incorporated. The paper will be scanned for final plagiarism check, similarity index more then 20% is not allowed. Resubmitted paper will be checked by editorial board before accepting for final publication to access modifications with respect to reviewers major recommendations. Positive decision leads to paper publication.
